The journal does not accept duplicate publication or redundant publication. Authors are required to submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not simultaneously under consideration by another journal or publication venue.
Duplicate publication occurs when substantially the same research, data, findings, or manuscript is published more than once without appropriate disclosure, justification, or acknowledgment. This may include submitting the same or substantially similar manuscript to multiple journals, republishing previously published material as a new article, or dividing the same research into multiple publications in a manner that creates unnecessary duplication of the scholarly record.
Authors must disclose any closely related manuscripts, conference papers, preprints, reports, or previously published works that contain overlapping content, data, methods, or findings. The existence of related work does not automatically constitute misconduct, but sufficient information must be provided to allow the editor to assess the relationship between the works.
Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal is strictly prohibited. Authors should wait for a final editorial decision or formally withdraw the manuscript before submitting it elsewhere, unless otherwise permitted by the relevant journal policies.
The journal may assess submitted manuscripts for substantial similarity with previously published material. When significant overlap is identified, the editorial team may request an explanation and supporting information from the authors before making an editorial decision.
If duplicate or redundant publication is identified before publication, the journal may reject the manuscript or require appropriate clarification or modification. If duplicate publication is discovered after an article has been published, the journal may take appropriate corrective action, which may include publishing a correction, expression of concern, or retraction, depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the case.
Authors remain responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with the journal's originality requirements and for providing complete and transparent information about any previous or concurrent dissemination of substantially related work.
