Licencing

All articles published by the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. This license permits the sharing and adaptation of published works, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal and that any adapted material is distributed under the same license.

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, readers and other users are free to copy and redistribute the published material in any medium or format. Users may also remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of the license.

Any reuse, redistribution, adaptation, translation, or modification of a published article must provide appropriate attribution. The attribution should identify the original author or authors, the title of the work where appropriate, the journal, the source of publication, and a reference to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Users should also indicate if changes were made to the original material.

When a published work is modified, adapted, translated, or otherwise transformed, the resulting contribution must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license, or under a compatible license as permitted by the license terms. Users may not apply additional legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

Attribution must not be presented in a manner that suggests that the original authors or the journal endorse, sponsor, or approve the reuse, adaptation, or modification of the work unless such endorsement has been expressly authorized.

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license applies to copyright and related rights covered by the license. It does not automatically grant permission to use trademarks, logos, patents, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights that may be protected separately. Users are responsible for determining whether additional permission is required for any material or rights outside the scope of the license.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all third-party materials included in their manuscripts are compatible with the CC BY-SA 4.0 licensing conditions or are accompanied by appropriate permission and clear identification of any separate licensing restrictions. Third-party materials that are not covered by the journal's CC BY-SA 4.0 license should be clearly identified where applicable.

The journal encourages the responsible sharing and reuse of its published articles for research, education, academic communication, and other lawful purposes. Users are expected to preserve the integrity of the original scholarly work and must not use published material in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner.

Authors retain any rights that are not granted under the applicable publication and licensing arrangements. Nothing in the CC BY-SA 4.0 license should be interpreted as requiring authors or other rights holders to waive rights that cannot legally be waived or licensed.

Users who wish to reuse material beyond the permissions granted by the CC BY-SA 4.0 license are responsible for obtaining the necessary authorization from the relevant copyright or rights holder.

The full terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license apply to all material covered by the license. By publishing under this license, the journal supports open access, responsible knowledge sharing, scholarly collaboration, and the continued development of academic work while ensuring proper attribution and preservation of the same licensing freedoms for adaptations.
