Editorial Decision

The editorial decision is made by the Editor or assigned Handling Editor based on the manuscript's overall academic quality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, compliance with publication requirements, and the recommendations and comments provided by the peer reviewers. The editor retains full responsibility for the final editorial decision and is not required to follow the reviewers' recommendations if there are justified academic or editorial reasons to do otherwise.

After the peer review process has been completed, the editor carefully considers the reviewers' assessments and evaluates the manuscript as a whole. Particular attention is given to the originality and significance of the research, methodological soundness, validity of the results, quality of the analysis and discussion, clarity of presentation, ethical compliance, and the manuscript's potential contribution to the relevant field of study.

The journal may issue one of the following editorial decisions:
Accept
The manuscript is considered suitable for publication without substantial changes. Minor editorial or formatting corrections may still be requested before publication.
Minor Revision
The manuscript is potentially acceptable but requires limited revisions. Authors are expected to address the reviewers' comments and submit a revised manuscript together with a clear response explaining how each comment has been addressed.
Major Revision
The manuscript requires substantial revision before a final publication decision can be made. Major revisions may involve methodology, data analysis, interpretation of results, theoretical framework, structure, references, or other significant aspects of the manuscript. The revised manuscript may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation.
Reject
The manuscript is not considered suitable for publication in the journal. Reasons may include insufficient originality or academic contribution, methodological weaknesses, lack of relevance to the journal's aims and scope, serious ethical concerns, inadequate scientific quality, or failure to meet the journal's publication standards.

The editorial decision and relevant reviewer comments are communicated to the corresponding author through the journal's online submission system or official communication channel. Authors receiving a revision decision are expected to respond professionally and provide a detailed response to the reviewers' comments.

The journal is committed to ensuring that editorial decisions are made fairly, consistently, independently, and transparently. Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly merits of the manuscript and are not influenced by the authors' identity, institutional affiliation, nationality, gender, personal characteristics, or other irrelevant considerations.
